Sachem North Wall Ball This is the wall ball routine used by Sachem North. We want our kids to do this at least once a week during the off season. Better results will be attained if you do it more. Weather you're an advanced player or new, wall ball never goes out of style. Find a flat, smooth wall and you're in business. You can also use a commercial lax wall. Stand approx. 5 yds away. This should take approx. 20 minutes to do.
